Integrated Document Services

The Hungarian Oil Company decided in 2005 to develop an organizational structure, efficient and uniform at group level, which try to cover the complete spectrum of the electronic and paper-based document handling through the integration of the library, drawing repository, standards repository, well library, document storing and administration functions. Our company helped to discover the processes of the different organization units and made a proposal to provide unified active information services from the different information sources accessible in the organization. Poliphon Ltd. – together with other companies – established a DMS solution for the Hungarian Oil Company which made possible to convert the passive information hidden in the documents to knowledge to be used by the business at Group level.
